InTune Parenting
By Ashita Mehta
Raising Emotionally Secure Children Begins With You
I support parents in becoming calm, confident and deeply connected so they can raise children who feel secure, understood and empowered..
About Us
At InTune Parenting, we believe that the heart of parenting lies in connection, not control.
When parents learn to tune into themselves, they naturally tune into their children.
Founded by Ashita Mehta, an early years educator, parent coach and lifelong learner, InTune Parenting was born from one simple truth: conscious parenting begins with self-awareness.
Through gentle conversations, deep listening and compassionate reflection, Ashita guides parents from confusion to clarity, from reaction to response and from overwhelm to a place of ease and confidence.
Here, parents learn
To pause
To breathe
To listen to themselves and their children.
They learn to parent intentionally, guided by values rather than fear.
They learn to create homes where everyone feels seen, heard and loved.
InTune Parenting isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence.
Because when you’re in tune - harmony naturally follows.

Riddhi Kothari
“Instead of feeling unsure, I began to feel more confident, calm and aligned in the way I show up for my daughter. I now feel more connected to her and better equipped to support her while still allowing her independence.”
Prarthna Lalbhai
“I needed someone objective who wouldn’t judge me. Ashita gave me that space, helped me find clarity and made me a more confident mother.”

FAQs
Who is parent coaching for?
It’s for any parent who wants to build a stronger relationship with their child and create a more positive home environment. It’s best suited for those open to growth and willing to make meaningful change
What are the benefits of parent coaching?
It helps build stronger bonds, creates effective guiding strategies, encourages open communication and fosters a safe space for
a child to grow.
What certification does a parent coach have ?
Ashita has completed the one-year, graduate-level Parent Coach Certification® from the Parent Coaching Institute (PCI), founded by Gloria DeGaetano. The program focuses on evidence-based, actionable strategies that help parents build on their strengths and create a positive, supportive home environment.
Will a parent coach also speak to children?
As the name suggests, parent coaching is primarily focused on the parent. The sessions address the challenges faced by the parent and work towards solutions, without directly involving the child.
What do a parent coaching sessions involve?
We Begin with Your Story, a safe, non-judgmental space where I deeply understand you, your child and your family.
We then move into Discovery, uncovering your strengths and shifting from problems to possibilities.
Next, we create a clear Vision for you as a parent, your child’s growth and your family life.
Finally, in the Design Phase, I support you with simple, practical steps to bring this vision to life.
This journey is not about changing your child, it’s about creating deeper connection, clarity and confidence within you.
When you are in tune with yourself,
you naturally are in tune with your child.

A Note From Ashita
I created InTune Parenting because I’ve lived the journey myself, as a mother, as an educator and through my own healing. I’ve learned that when we take care of our inner world, everything outside becomes lighter and clearer.
My purpose is simple: to hold a calm, safe, non-judgmental space where parents can reflect, realign and reconnect with the parent they truly want to be.
